What is oocyte cryopreservation?

Oocyte cryopreservation — egg freezing — collects mature eggs after a course of ovarian stimulation and freezes them by vitrification, an ultra-rapid freezing technique with excellent survival rates. Your eggs are stored at the age you freeze them, keeping the option of a future pregnancy with younger eggs open while you focus on health, career, or finding the right time.

Who might consider egg freezing

• Women who wish to defer childbearing and safeguard against age-related decline in egg quality and quantity.
• Before medical treatment that may harm fertility, such as chemotherapy, radiation, or ovarian surgery.
• Women with a family history of early menopause or with diminished ovarian reserve who want to bank eggs across cycles.

One all-inclusive price for a complete egg freezing cycle:

• All medication — unlimited dose
• Blood and hormone testing
• 3D follicle tracking (SonoAVC®)
• Egg collection under anesthesia
• Egg freezing by vitrification
• 2 years of cryostorage

If the ovaries do not respond adequately and the cycle must be cancelled, no refunds can be given.

Fees when you are ready to use your eggs

When you return to build your family, the following post-thaw fees apply:

• Egg thawing: ฿20,000
• ICSI fertilisation: ฿80,000
• Embryo culture to blastocyst: ฿30,000
• PGT-A genetic testing (optional): ฿15,000 per embryo
• Embryo freezing: ฿5,000 per embryo
