This part is from a book chapter that I co-wrote with leading authors around the world in the infertility field. I start by introducing a general aspect of Thai culture so you would know why we see the world this way, then I referred to the events before we have the legal regulation, how the act was released, and what is the impact for patients and medical society. Lastly, I criticized the current legislation and where we should amend the regulation.
